If you are a federal employee who accepts this last round of deferred resignation, read reference 12 of the agreement. It states that the employee agrees to immediately withdraw any/all claims, complaints, grievance, appeals, or civil actions of any kind as of the effective date of the agreement.

Yes i need my job. 20 years Air Force retired, 21 years federal employee and i made the decision to leave. I can not shut up and color. Became expert and senior advisor has been diminished by a bunch of homophonic, racist, greedy, lying, oligarch. Who don't know what the hell they are doing.

Second early retirement offer, over 20 years, qualify for VERA which is set at 25k (Army), you get paid until Sept. I was planning to retire in 1 year, 8 months. Anxiety and stress wearing me down. Why stay when 20+ years deemed unappreciated. Need the money, but can't work under a dictatorship.

Using Civil Rights Laws to sniff out invisible offenses. Do they know anyone can file an EEO complaint if they were discriminated against, regardless of race or color. Talk about waste of time and federal funding.

I bet MAGA thought DEI was just about keeping minorities taking jobs from white men? You have quickly learned that white women benefited the most from these initiatives, followed by Latinos, the disabled, Asian, Native, then Black Americans. I have no sympathy, you will suffer with the rest of us.
