In another world, THIS is what removes Dukat's veneer of civility and has him go full crazy. Also, Sisko returns to the linear plane like three weeks after his disappearance to be there for the wedding and retired to Bajor with Kassidy to raise their child.

I'd have loved to see them at this time, working on the Evac, facing the horror of the Utopia Planetia attack, arguing about the retrenchment from the 'regular person' perspective, combined with a bit of the needed humor to keep going. I like to think they did their best to keep the torch lit.

The better explanations I've read is that the warp drive was run by fusion reactors, which would limit the ship to low warp. While Enterprise showed us the Empire had ships capable of warp speeds and forms of sensor stealth, it's entirely possible the new cloak didn't work with M/AM cores well.

I love learning new words, but this and the other one that gets tossed around, hebephilia, these are words I will never need nor want to use in my life. The victims are kids. They're trying to excuse raping kids.
