Ike Rayford is a newly elected city council member in Sioux City, #Iowa. He was sworn in on Jan. 2, along with two other members. According to the Woodbury County Election office, Rayford received 3,862 votes, or 16.86%. He will serve a four-year term. Photo courtesy of Ike Rayford. #SiouxCity
