Being disabled in America is awful. Federal minimum wage is all I receive. That's if you calculate my monthly income to include my food stamps. I live in a constant state of stress as I worry if the Musty one is going to shutter some program that barely keeps my head above water. I want to scream.

Right-Wing policy in this the U.S. is designed to make life worse for the poor until they start to protest. Use police force to stop the protests and increase police presence and political power for themselves.

So, I see someone pouring gasoline on themselves and I tell them the thing they are doing is stupid and dangerous and that doing that will be against their best interests. In response they shout, "you pushed me to this," and strike a match.

Why don't home health aid companies train their aides to clean? Why don't schools teach kids how to clean? Why do we assume that a nation that loves hoarders knows how to clean?
My aid used a multi surface cleaner on my self cleaning oven. I'm stunned. Management didn't understand why I was upset.

Everyday I grow more despondent. I need something to be a positive light in my life or I don't see a happy end. Generally I handle holidays well, but, things just get worse in January. I need something to make me happy. At least for a little while.

So, I am on SSI. I get a letter saying the COLA increased my monthly payment by about 22 bucks. The next Month I got a letter from my landlord my rent increased by 9 bucks due to the COLA. A month later I got a letter from HHS my SNAP benefits are bring reduced by 11 bucks.
