Black women do so much right, that is why so many people are invested in controlling and silencing us. Audre Lorde taught us that the personal IS political. Just check all the oppression involved in getting these phones or even our toothpaste into our hands. Excellent response! #meatlessmonday

Have you read or listened to any of these books? I listened to and loved the first one. I am struggling to finish the second. It’s repetitive and the characters I rooted for in the first book are insufferable in the second. Based on the reviews, I’m not even bothering with the last one.

I recently found this couple on TikTok. They’re artists who paint together & produce African culture, mythology, and folklore content. They also make great couples goals videos. 🤣 And no homophobia detected. The book in this video costs hundreds, but I found it as a fee PDF while searching for it.
