Swimming is the best exercise for people with depression because you just have to throw your body into a public pool like an inept murderer and then you're like fuck it im already wet lets get this done and when you've finished you're like wow i was making up like 97% of my problems

Lose yourself in something bigger than you. and then something smaller. then something about your size. Move around in them for a little bit. Whatever doesn’t give you blisters is probably where you’re supposed to be.
