I have to imagine that a big part of this was the NYC mayoral results. Establishment Dems are freaking out because a democratic socialist won and they rather capitulate with full blown facist than give up power, or Chuck Schumer listened to his imaginary friends again

I agree that we should call them out on bullshit and to let them know when it’s not welcome, but short of pulling a Clockwork Orange on about 1/2 the country, there’s nothing we can to change them unless they choose to. Meanwhile the Democrats could/should embrace further left leaning policies
