Alcohol doesn’t actually boil off quickly. That’s a myth.

It’s not nonsense. After two hours at alcohol’s boiling point, 5% of the alcohol can still remain. For dishes that are cooked less than 30 minutes, they can retain half the alcohol or more.

I have an Epson inkjet that is garbage. You can’t print in black if color is out and vice versa. I wouldn’t buy another Epson anything it frustrates me so much. Sorry for the anti-recommendation.
