All valid points by Franco while going right to the edge of fear mongering. It’s a delicate balance, laws that are too tight slow technology advancements, it’s more a question of minority vs majority. Not sure I fully agree with this take on multi family platforms. This is a very very hard space and there are few successful case studies. Given Lee spent time with Latch, his take is over simplified and misleading. Even SmartRent seemed it would soon become profitable but they have stalled.
