I’ve never really experienced this type of rejection before and to realize that a VAST majority of people I know is just surface level or never really was existent kind of…hurts.

No one wants to play with me and I’m just like…wow.
It’s like no one really likes me anymore. I get it, I’m not everyone’s cup of tea. I can be loud, obnoxious, annoying, I interrupt a lot (I’m working on that), and I’m sure there’s other things but like I don’t know. It just hurts because

The most glaring of when I realized this was a couple years ago with a certain group of folks, then it progressed to this past year at HHN to a bigger collective of folks but I think the nail hit the coffin is just recently when everyone is talking about Arc Raiders and I throw feelers out and like…

I think friends are important and such. And sure I’m not the best at initiating hang out and such because I always feel like I’m some sort of annoyance. But I don’t know, it just feels like a of people drop me because of guilty by association, outgrown, or just don’t find value in me anymore.

This year has been extremely heavy for me. Lots of change (for those that know me, I don’t handle change well), lots of disappointments, and just overall just extremely bummer of a year. I think what’s hit me the most besides fucking work, is how lonely I’ve felt.

I did it a few years ago using a third party app. Though it did cost me money (I think it was around $10) if you are okay with that.

I got another place lined up but I don’t really want to go there to be honest. Feels good that once the manager over there heard about me basically being a free agent, I immediately got a call (and shoutout to old my boss too for throwing out feelers).
