Am I being 'strung' along?

Y'know, from a geometric algebra perspective, it's kind of weird that the 'i' in QFT calculations is treated as just a number and the same object whether it's a quantum phase, a generator of a charge structure, or the volume element of spacetime (or space).

What gives?

Dec 5 - Microcausality in Curved Space-Time

Causality is a central principle in physics, but how it manifests itself in quantum mechanical observables can be opaque. This paper provides a careful treatment of (some of) what it does and does not imply.
