ICE relies heavily on the private sector to help carry out its Gestapo-like crusade against immigrants and their allies. Without the logistical, financial, and political support of business, its capacity to terrorize our communities would crumble.

Not quite. Habeas Corpus is not just for American citizens or people who are here legally, @slotkin.senate.gov. It would be helpful to remind everyone that the Constitution protects ANY person that's in the United States. Not just citizens.

Once you remember that, the fact that she’s making excuses for ICE and equating them with law enforcement makes a lot more sense.
