And not that you asked for this but my recs for food downtown are all within walking distance of that hotel as well. Sulley Steamers is a great bagel place (my usual go-to after the turkey trot), Lazy Goat is upscale and nice, Soby's is an upscale good "southern" place.

The hotel is right next to the swamp rabbit so you can run the days leading up to the race easily. Greenville is pretty shit for running overall so you're pretty much forced to run on the side of a busy road, probably without a sidewalk, or the swamp rabbit.

@wh1.bsky.social yo, I always stay the hampton inn downtown (maps.app.goo.gl/dHVYJQyzs3Bp...) when I go. Looking at the half site they're still doing the buses from downtown so you'd be able to walk to the buses. But, like your other comment said, they are more expensive that weekend as well.
