then the sites accept it and get paid, and lastly, right before showing the ad on the users device, the advertisers change the content of the ad to the scam. And all of this happens within Milliseconds, making those scam ads almost undetectable. I don't know if this also applies to YouTube, (2/3)

I recently watched a video about scam ads on online news sites, and they said that the news sites do actually try to get rid of those ads, but it doesn't work because they themselves get scammed by the advertisers.
To simplify it: The advertisers disguise their ads as something normal, (1/3)
