You know, I never realized how small Excadrill is for a fully-evolved powerhouse of a Pokemon. I’ve gotten used to the larger/evolved Pokemon being too big to sit on a cafe seat, lol

You know, I never realized how small Excadrill is for a fully-evolved powerhouse of a Pokemon. I’ve gotten used to the larger/evolved Pokemon being too big to sit on a cafe seat, lol

This actually caught me by surprise when it happened. This may be the first instance in a Pokemon game where a character actually breaks out in censored cursing from losing, and the fact that it’s a livestream gamer like Canari just makes it funnier. XD

I might have found a permanent member of my final party, thanks to one of the Side Missions. I received Fennekin, whom I nicknamed Fhey after one of my own characters, at a level close enough for her to evolve into Braixen not long after. =)

Best Gift Ever is a very enjoyable Hearth's Warming special for Friendship is Magic. I only have one or two gripes with it (Marble Pie's unnecessary heartbreak and Fluttershy's naivete being dialed up a little too high), but overall, it's a lot of heartwarming holiday fun. =)

A Hearth’s Warming Tail is one of the best episodes of Season 6, a musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol that gives Starlight the chance to step into the antagonist role one more time, as both she and Snowfall Frost learn the true meaning of Hearth’s Warming.

It's pretty interesting to learn that Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol wasn't just the first animated adaptation of it, but also the first animated Christmas special specifically made for television. Also, despite being blind and clumsy, Magoo's quite the actor, to portray Scrooge so convincingly.

With it being that time of year again, I'd like to say that if you haven't checked out the It's a Pony Kind of Christmas album yet, you really should. It's a sweet and charming collection of ponified Christmas songs, and the expanded edition added songs from A Hearth's Warming Tail. =)

I'm off by a day by the time of this post, lol, but it's been 20 years since Sonic Rush was first released on the Nintendo DS, and we were first introduced to Blaze the Cat, who's still one of my all-time favorite Sonic characters.
