Really, what did people do before Facebook? Everyone acts like it is essential for life. It is not. Plenty of older people still know how to use the phone and have conversations with their friends and family. If your family does not have time to talk to you maybe they don't really give a crap.

I am not, nor was I ever on Facebook. I can still keep in touch with everyone I love or need to be in touch with..Facebook is not "air". Yes, you can live without it.
