The actions of ICE in Minnesota violate a key principal. They tried to prevent the woman from leaving the scene, which they don't have the authority to do. They would need local police for that. This means the killing is illegal, regardless of whatever other speculation exists.

Part of what I hate about being a Philosopher is it's crossover into Politics. To fully understand Philosophy and humanity you have to be able to view things from every possible angle. Politics, however, just make me irritated because our Government has such a massive history of corruption.
