AI does not depend on wether the internet is centralized or not! It does however make it so AI tools & systems are governed by the users and not corporations.

AI would still be there, it'd just be *ethical* AI given its the network of users or the user itself producing the compute necessary to run!

Decentralize the internet simply means trying to make data & services rely on users as a collective rather than one single point of storage (such as big cloud providers).

Each user provides data for other users, the network relies on its activity.
