I tend to completely avoid the comments outside checking the top few upvoted ones to see if there are funny ones. I can't even remember the last time I clicked to view the replies to a comment on YouTube.

This was going to be my exact vote. Every reprise in that finale is just absurdly well done.

On my first try I didn't even fully figure out the gimmick. I just had everyone defend when the party was Defamed.

Once the party is inflicted with Defamed, the party member who is guilty gets crits every turn. Any damage they deal while Defamed gets reflected to the rest of the party after a few turns. Healing also gets sent to the rest of the party so just make the person with crits heal every turn.

Everything up until the end was phenomenal, and it has some of the best depictions of grief and how death can affect a group that I've ever seen. But god why would you decide to take the story in that direction???
