Because of missing streetlight after damages to energy infrastructure from Ukrainian retaliatory strikes in Russia's Belgorod oblast, the governor ordered the organization All Russia People's Front to provide reflective gear to schoolchildren to prevent them from being hit by cars.

A Russian Msta-S self-propelled howitzer, a transporter, a car, motorbikes, a generator and an inflatable boat were hit with drones by the Northern Eagle unmanned systems battalion of the 151st mechanized brigade of Ukraine.
