The amount of women & womb-bearers I know who after learning about the cyclicity of their womb center realize they have a direct line to God/dess & Source makes me completely understand why the patriarchy has desperately tried to disappear this knowledge

Ok so if you’re into the wisdom of Menstrual Cyclicity like me you know you’re supposed to rest during your period… it has the potential of being a powerful ceremony… & I spent years simmering & enjoying that energy every time I was in my period… BUT it all changes when you become a mom

I think as we are watching this capitalist patriarchal system crumble, it is time for us to prepare the soil for new forms of government by studying ancestral societies from around the globe and learning the lessons

Matriarchy is often compared to Patriarchy as if it is the same structure but opposite scenario which makes sense because of the entomology of the word… which is why I prefer the term MATRIFOCAL… it allows for nuance & variation in how power is shared, decisions are made & resources are distributed
