There are some faint blue particles around the cat as well. All of the brushwork was done with an airbrush, so the everything is fuzzy giving a more dreamlike feeling. The cat has a large third eye on it's forehead, three eyes visible on it's back, and a second mouth inside of an elongated first mouth. Both mouths are filled with brightly colored teeth and dripping equally bright liquid, the eyes are brightly colored and dripping as well. The cat arches it's back in an uncomfortable way with splayed claws and bristled fur. It's hard to tell if the cat is grinning or grimacing. Brightly colored particles float around the eyes, teeth, and pawpads of the cat. The rest of the cat is outlined in blue and is giving off faint dark blue particles against the black background. The linework is all done with an airbrush which makes the piece textured and fuzzy. There is large coded text on the left of the cat written in hot pink galactic standard. When decoded the text reads "retch."
