i was humming and hawing over if i wanted it to be the wicked red background like usual but i found that actually, making a really sick chromatic aberration variant with the white background most people are used to seeing me use ended up being rly sick as well.

another fun seasonal work featuring my persona of choice in more devilish attire, wielding a callback weapon in the form of the blood estoc.

There's a distorted picture that I took of a treeline in the background. Somewhere in there is a monarch butterfly.

Otherwise, as stated, I wanted to emulate one of those breakcore album cover and whatever. I think i did pretty ok without resorting to absolutely annihilating any semblance of visual clarity!

I think it'll make for a fun base down the line to distort further.

just a closer crop since i'm sure the image compression here will be borderline lethal. it's ok. i don't mind.

it’s halloween season! time to lean into the biomorphic aspect of my lovely angelic persona

i’ve been wondering what kind of horns i’d actually run, but something about these like super tall curved ones are always my default. in real life they’d probably piss me off, lol. but they sure look cool…

i hope the tint on the wings also reads well! i’m trying to evoke fallen angel rather than the pure white

The THS-10 is one of VLI’s most common mech chassis: Highly-adaptable, excellent durability, and reasonably cheap for its price point, the THS-10 is found in roles ranging from scientific traversal to active combat.

The R-series has consistently been the most respected, sought for its more robust sensor suite, finer controls, and superior agility. Refitting of outer plating for military application is as simple as ever, and the improved sensor suite easily doubles as a quality targeting system with the right license.

FREAK’s personal PANIC ADDICT runs a set of twin APFSDS autocannons fed from twin plated drum mags to reduce the chances of ammunition cookoff, while also running twin 4-tube rocket launchers. Programmable munitions allow her to switch between anti-tank and HE modes. Chaff launchers are mounted to the back, occasionally prank-loaded with confetti. Small extending arms sit below the cockpit to deliver individual meals.

Apollo Armory has long been selling the MINOTAUR IV as its flagship medium combat chassis, making one wonder why Mr. Shields bothers with the II. Real aficionados know: The MINOTAUR II was the last of Apollo’s efforts to allow the user any real degree of control over their mech. Once the MINOTAUR III hit the market, the implication was that shareholders understood its predecessor to be inadequate, so inadequate as to require its end user to improve it.
Thus, the 3rd Minotaur was sold with completely static, pre-built trims- much to the chagrin of its userbase. The MINOTAUR IV attempted to find a middle ground, returning to the II’s modularity to mixed results: offering services from proprietary maintenance teams while self-service runs the consequence of voiding the vehicle’s warranty. Anyone lucky enough to hold a MINOTAUR II’s license holds onto such a thing dearly.

CLOUD RUNNER, Diesel “FLYBOY” Shields’s personal take on the chassis, clips along much faster than its bulk and added armor might let on. Running an underslung tank cannon and a quad-mount of MGs, FLYBOY is often seen performing both deliveries and enemy destruction with aplomb.
