I said something recently that made my father laugh, not because it’s funny but because it’s true. I said “Killing me doesn’t prove someone’s strong. Anyone could kill me. A toddler. A bacteria. A gust of wind.” I’m mortal and fragile and scaring, hurting, or tearing me down is easy.
