I've watched the same footage frame-by-frame and to me it still looks like the left fender comes into contact with the agent's lower abdomen or pelvis.
He was not "run over" or in danger. You can see him _leaning_in_ toward the car in the image above. To me it looks like he's "drawing a foul".

The simple truth is that you will not garner many eyeballs in the current social media environment on a personal website unless you work to promote that content with links in social media. Too many people's feeds come from corporate algorithms, and they don't care to work for their content.
