imo they're less super forms and more futari wa vs max heart. i like them (and i actually think the new clover is an upgrade) but you're right about the silhouettes. poor spade's silhouette in particular is much worse ;_; i also think heart looks much better in b&w than in color!

agreed, and i think the show is stronger for it! nacchi is the perfect example of how the princesses gain strength from the passion of "regular people" and vice versa. she's also a constant reminder that even when the villains have good intentions, they're harming kind, innocent people.

in addition to the shows listed by jisu, there's also acro trip, the tokyo mew mew reboot, shy (which is more western superheroes but has some mg flavoring), and revue starlight + its movie. next year we're also getting a sugar sugar rune reboot and a new mg anime from studio pierrot

oo those are all great choices!!! i really like saint tail and kaitou jeanne's transformations as well as karen's in revue starlight! karen's in particular sets the mood for each ep REALLY well. as for precure, i think tropre's ooze personality, and any of the ones animated by itaoka are incredible!

hey you might know this already but just in case, you might want to investigate PMDD! severe hormonal (and thus emotional) disregulation around menstruation isn't actually normal and if you tell your gyno, they might be able to prescribe meds to help!

i really love how interstitial games always start out with a little fumbling as everyone figures out the character & setting dynamics and then there's that moment when all the gears just CLICK and suddenly you're not just smashing toys together, you're telling A Story. it's always magical.

you're clearly trolling, but for anyone else wondering why weigh-ins are important: if a kitten is falling behind their peers, it may be a sign that supplemental feeding is necessary. abnormal weight fluctuations can also be an early sign of various illnesses!

i would try adding back some ballgown elements of the og design like the puffy sleeves and big skirt! some of the most iconic fairies (gardevoir, hatterene, mega diancie) have giant gowns. for inspo i would look at princess magical girls like go princess precure or twin princess of wonder planet!
