And with this, I am finall done with my FFXIV ARR Relic. It has taken better part of 2 years, but that's mostly me not playing a ton during these last two years anyway.
But, the complete relic, all done on Free Trial, all done with on-content gear.

Never again though and fuck the materia step.

So I play a lot of Pokemon and in March of last year, I finished a professor Oak's challenge of Pokemon Ruby taking 128 hours.

10 days later, inspired by Johnstone, I started a shiny professor Oak's Let's Go Pikachu challenge run.

I can happily say, section 1, before Brock is done

So, in FFXIV, I'm kinda maxing and doing everything I can before finishing ARR patches. This includes getting crafting and gathering tools to their max levels.

After getting the fisher tool to maxlevel (the most annoying one), I found out I can just buy max level tools for 1k gil.

That's Donkey Kong Bananza all wrapped up! All 777 bananas, and a very good portion of the discs and all the important skill upgrades (sorry golden Ostrich eggs, not sorry melon juice).

Overall an excellent game and really fun mix of Odyssey's design and BotW engine, happy recommend!

And another game down/platinum'd.

68 hours and over 3 years of playing it...
Batman Arkham City is a fun story, great combat, great villains and a fun time. Even Riddler's Revenge for Batman is pretty good.

What took me 3 years though is the other 3 characters. Fuck the stealth missions. 8/10

Between the Switch 2, general money saving, some current job issues and now this, I am never going to financially recover from this period of my life.

Not that I am set on buying either Lucina or the Switch 2 yet, but my point stands.

I'm not normally one for fashion hunting, but thanks to some encouragement from my partner I decided to try it out. Damn the Lala Barina armour looks great! (As does my Hunter of course)

So I celebrated my birthday yesterday (28!) and my wonderful and dear friend @loustica-lucia.bsky.social decided to make my Monster Hunter Wilds hunter in the Chatacabra armour as a surprise gift!

And last bit, this is the old lance I was using compared to the new one. The upgrade was getting -6 direct hit rate, -8 critical hit and +21 determination. I have no idea if the stat changes are worth it and frankly don't care.

It does get an attack buff though, that's worth.

So, for those who don't know, I also play FFXIV, but I'm doing a challenge run where I try and make all my gear myself and try to have the best gear I can for each individual moment of the game, for lancer anyway.

Point being, ARR Relic weapon sphere scrolls suck. Free trial btw. #BluePlaysFFXIV

To be fair, my team is pretty good for this. E2S1 Acheron, S1 Aventurine/BS/Kafka. E2S1 Firefly, E1S1 Rappa, E2 HMC (yeah I'm lazy) and E5 Gallagher.

Let's see how next MOC goes I suppose, where the break team probably won't be as good.

So I've been a pretty consistent player of honkai star rail, but never really payed attention to the end game modes like memory of chaos. I always thought my teams weren't good enough.

If winning with 3 cycles remaining isn't a good indicator that I can do end game, I don't know what is.
