On ne peut pas directement attaquer l'Union devant la CEDH. L'adhésion de l'UE le permettrait.
Ca permettrait concrètement d'éviter une divergence de jurisprudence entre la CEDH et la CJUE.

I cannot imagine in any world scenario these sovereign European states delegating part of their foreign policy entirely.
One need only look at how Europe has been divided on the issue of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to fear for the stability of command of an EU army.

It is indeed easier for a researcher to simply post their messages whenever they want in BlueSky. Its certification will have been a simple investment to make, compared to learning how to use Wikipedia syntax. Its guarantee of reliability is also easier to verify for for a non-expert. 2/2

Absolutely. As an Wikipedia contributor, I have seen the chatbots' responses to my questions improve as I have contributed more and more on my favorite topics. But It is highly likely that BlueSky will also be considered a platform with high scientific added value by these chatbots in the future 1/2

Je peux me tromper, mais il me semble que cela avait été anticipé par Nancy Bermeo dans "Ordinary People in Extraordinary Times". Je crois qu'elle y soutenait qu'en période de crise, les électeurs restaient fidèle à la démocratie... à l'exception des électeurs depuis peu !
