I don’t care about your political leanings. You shouldn’t care about mine either. Even if we don’t see eye to eye on them, chances are we are both at least partially wrong.
Politely disagree. I would rather hear someone’s thoughts than guess them.
If that comes with extra toxicity, so be it. Then I know who to block, and how easy it is to do so.
If there’s a chance to move forward or to reclaim civil discourse, I am for it.
Again, within my comfort threshold.
