It wasn’t an interception based on the replay I saw. Cooks caught it & hit the ground tangled with defender. Broncos player popped up holding the ball while Cooks stayed down cause he took brunt of ground impact. Before they hit the ground Cooks had possession. Couldn’t see what happened on ground

There were savvy investors in 29 who convinced rubes to try the stock market because the returns were overinflated like now. The professionals thought they were playing the rubes and would be able to get out before a crash. The crash crushed both groups. Only the generational wealthy survived

Wall St is still ignoring reality. The 29 crash was triggered in part by the FED interest hike in August of 29. Prices shifted triggering stockholders to sell and it caused a cascade. I think this is why the attempt to oust Powell and mess with interest rates makes everyone really nervous

He can issue the order. It won’t work but will cause more chaos. The current admin is mostly rich people/rich toadies. People like that don’t pay attention to the way things actually work because the world usually bends to accommodate them. In this case I think the ask would be too much for reps.

My guess is his health is deteriorating rapidly and they aren’t sure he’ll make it to May. Plus if he dies and Vance takes over there will be even more infighting. They want to get everything they want now. A major goal for the right is the destruction of the Fed
