I still say adding in Dragonair's blue coloring as a gradient in some places (Like the paws and tail) and even some jewels on the neck would have made it better and not look so incomplete.

Yeah, I know Mega Dragonite is designed to show more features reminiscent to Dragonair, but upon seeing it, all I can think of is the Pan-Mail Dragonite design I came up with a few years back.

When mermaids have actual human thighs and asses, and the tail starts halfway down the legs. Even worse when there's a visible thigh gap.
The biggest example of this is the Mermaid in Shin Megami Tensei. She's so cool, but that one design quirk is so icky.
