I never thought of it that way but you’re right. I can’t tell you how many people told me over the years that they were only working for the healthcare. If they don’t need to keep mediocre jobs for healthcare then the companies will have to pay more and have better benefits to keep employees.

Great idea! My degree was required for my job. You absolutely can not be a registered nurse without a degree. I paid my student loans in full without any help from the government but I would love it if others could take advantage of tax write offs or loan forgiveness.
