I don't think this is a known thing, however if your bank card is stolen or the info is stolen and used to buy something, you will get your money back. Its how it works visa or mastercard (if its a different type of card then I have no clue).
Call the bank and they will sort it. May take weeks.

I finally got around to watching rocketman. Loved. However, wtf has happened to male fashion? The drug-soaked 70s styles were amazing. Look its probably just cause its a movie, but still, where's the colour! Find me colour!
