I thought you meant the channel island Jersey, in which case I was going to suggest bringing a cow, and doing a little dance around the person, whilst the cow shits on their feet and you swear at them in French.

I live in the UK and we don't ban (most) books but I would happily buy them for free libraries etc if there was a list.
