This is such a specific continuity problem. TOTK has npcs that establish that while people know a Hero stopped the calamity, his name and appearance are specifically not well known

To be fair, the criticism only really happens in the final act. The idea of canon events will probably be more openly criticized in the next movie

Live service has done terrible damage to video games. It really feels like lots of people think a game isn’t worth playing if it’s not being currently updated

It’s so weird to compare how Sunshine and Luigi’s Mansion completely shaped the GameCube era and still have influence, meanwhile Galaxy and Odyssey were better received overall and never get mentioned aside from Rosalina and Pauline

It really is insane it felt like everyone stories got resolved in a satisfying way. From big things like Green kingdom going from seemingly the least relevant kingdom to the one whose actions are what finally stopped you. To Socks getting to win his duel with a Pitfall.

This is really good. Especially considering the basis for the existing invasive crayfish Pokemon (Corphish) actually isn’t very common in the Great Lakes area

Another good example of this is that only Nintendo would even humor the thought of not having Kass in Botw’s sequel. Any other dev would recognize his popularity and, if anything, make him too prominent in a sequel.

Also, in that same interview the guy said they only made the route where you side with Edelgard after being surprised that playtesters were upset at not being able to side with one of the three main leaders!

Gen 6 is when they really started committing to the idea of Pokemon have 3-4 different things combined for inspiration. You can really see this when comparing Lockstin talking about older or new Pokemon.

No you’re definitely right. There’s a reason there are plenty of calls for the battle frontier to come back. Being able to do more “gimmick” competitive battles like that would be great

I feel its less a rhythm game and more a puzzle game where the music is your clue to help figure out the patterns.

Spring is the worst season because it’s just Summer with slightly better temperatures sometimes, but at the cost of allergies being awful. Everything other season, for their faults has unique things you can only do in them
