Have you been to a No Kings rally? Turnout at special elections has been high, and predominately for Dems. I agree that "strongly worded letters" are useless, but Dems have been succeeding at turnout.

Except the opposite is true: When turnout is high, Dems win. That's why the GOP is gerrymandering the shit out of states--to suppress the Dem vote.
