Today I’m choosing to not let the ugliness of this world hold me captive. I’m choosing for my heart to be fully alive and flowing with love and abundance. Love for those who hate me, I will not hate them back. Love for those who don’t care to see us struggle, love will overcome. Love will conquer.

Mental health is some serious shite! Finding the right meds, adjusting to them, it’s a constant roller coaster of physical and emotional symptoms. Not fun 💔
