Happy Birthday to the man and spirit of Minister Malcolm X!

The land brings us to together. The earth grounds us and makes us connect with nature. Do it often…

Before, After and Now. We are planted in about 70% of the garden with a few rows to fill. I love it. Because we are a till-free garden we work with a lot of hands and get a lot done. It was a great day and then the rain came. Love it.. Collards, kale, spinach, broccoli, chard, cabbage. More to come.

There has been an uptick of murders in Howard County, Md. They have mostly been in addresses around Columbia. While the location matters a little the issue for me is that these are murders of Black people by other Black people. It will not end until we pivot to love. #trylove #belove #vibratelove

Don’t ever believe that we can’t win. We can win, we just need to be organized.

This campaign inspired me and others like me to get into politics because a person who had my experience was on the world stage. “Keep Hope Alive!”

The weather in Zone 7 is perfect. That includes running in it; gardening. It is the best. Just thought I would say that. I usually don’t follow nonsense leads but I have been hearing about Joe Rogan for a while. I jumped in. It’s much of what I thought. Here is musk. We are at War!

For this Black African History month let’s rise and guide a generation who can channel and practice the healing that we need by dismissing what is called “generational curses” and start cultivating “generational cures.”

I called after leaving my last meeting of the day that ends at 8:30 pm. She picks up the phone and immediately says:

“I was just thinking about you. I am so glad you called because I was about to fall asleep.”

We talk until I get onto my parking pad and end up talking for about 30 minutes.

Read, read, read. I don’t know why “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill is not in this pile. Or Dr. Dennis Kimbro’s version for Black African people. Get knowledge. It’s as simple as that. Also find a way to share your experience with others especially the children. Be a creative.
