I'm pretty sure whoever is running it now is different from whoever was running it in 2018. The tone is different. The style is different. I don't know who is, but it's not the people who got podcasted about way back when.

Too bad WaPo Editorial Board didn't have this list before they printed that stupid op-ed about how DT was within his 1st amendment rights to overthrow a legal election and incite folks to riot on the capitol building. You can be arrested for promoting lawlessness and inciting riot.

CNN needs to put the word Bible in quotation marks in that headline, because her essay was not, actually, Bible-based. It did not cite any chapter or verse, and was more like American evangelical vibes-based than based on any real reading.

Educator here. I don't think it's that they don't "believe" in teachers etc. There's just no profit in it. The corporate HQIM is all about private equity and profiting off public education until it's run into the ground.

I got into an argument with a guy on a plane once about who would win in a boxing match, a moose or a kangaroo. I said kangaroo, and he was all sneery, like no way, have you seen a moose? And I was like, have you seen a kangaroo, AND they box for real!
