It's this thing. Its paired with the rotating S4 card, so i think it's contextual on your collection? I was only missing 2 S5s. That's all I know.

I actually have seen this happen, and yeah it cannot reference WX's power after he transforms. Should work if WX is in hand/graveyard tho.

They could just make 'flooding' and 'flooded' funtionally 1 location instead of 2 separate ones. Idk if they have to change the wording, but that way the legion copies would always start open

You kill em with KO/ carnage/ venom and bring him back later with PF or elixir. That means he's not always on the board to get hit by tech.
