Yesterday’s art, the first use of a set of Sai watercolor brush markers. These are a really nice set I got as a birthday gift, and extra bonus is that it’s a Japanese set and the color characters are largely the same as in Chinese. Watercolor markers and watercolor on hot press paper. #watercolor

For today’s art I decided to try another shoe, my new TMA Eyes boots. I did these in ink, J. Herbin 167, Émeraude de Chivor, and a lovely gouache set I got as a birthday gift. The ink isn’t waterproof, so it changed some of what I was doing. #inkallyear #watercolor #gouache
