I really don’t think most cis people know what gender dysphoria is. At most they’ve heard the “born in the wrong body” narrative, or they believe a “sex change surgery” is just like a thing some people decide to do for fun.

Seconding qmed, especially if you’re unlucky enough to be in a rural area or red state with no good local clinics. They’re pretty good at working with insurance too.

US? What state? With insurance or no?
Usually a local Dr or clinic has the best care and works with insurance. Local trans community can point you to good ones.
Telehealth like Plume, Folx, etc. have the shortest wait time, but usually more expensive.
DIY is cheapest if you don’t have insurance.

Surprisingly I haven’t had this problem since switching to linux on my gaming PC a few months ago. My instinct is still telling me to disable it as soon as I reach a settings page, but it seems to run just fine???

Remnant 2 has a sidearm that does this. It’s a magic crossbow with an ult that makes all the bolts explode out of enemies and go back into the gun. It does extra damage if they hit additional targets on the way, and lifesteals, and refills the gun’s ammo! remnant2.wiki.fextralife.com/Sorrow
