It's not just retirees but you are not wrong. Like Chief Justice Roberts ugh ... Very high percentage of vacation homes up here. Also I noticed a ton of corporations owning homes.

I hate to keep going back to covid but it really did a number on schools here. Hoping that they will come back around.
It's awesome that so many got to attend college and trade school.
Can't speak to medical its tough here. I have a great team but have to travel for specialists. 😐

For 500 alex what was the Covid 19 migration ?! Work from home etc. So many came here due to low prices and stellar covid management.

My husband just said hamburger is what goes in a bun as in hamburger or cheeseburger.
Hamburg for all other uses in cooking.
