it’s the Ice Climbers’ 41st anniversary this year so i made art to celebrate 🥳

Popo (Blue-ish) and Nana (Pink) use their Smash Bros. exclusive up-special to scale a mountain covered in ice. surrounding them are all kinds of icons related to their game such as the vegetables, condor, topis, and a polar bear; all in from of a nighttime background lit up by an aurora. the original game’s logo is etched into the side of the ice.

i’ve been in a squeak squad mood lately :3

a celebratory poster created for Kirby: Squeak Squad. it features Kirby and their cake in a bubble in the center. various member of the Squeaks are represented: Storo is taunting Dedede, Doc is in Yadgaine, Spinni is being speedy, and Daroach is having a staring contest with Meta Knight. Dark Nebula is also showcased despite being a twist boss. The bottom of the canvas showcases the inventory system HUD as well as the various treasures you collect and the unique copy abilities Kirby gets in this game.

thinking about what i want to accomplish this year.. it doesn’t look like too much but i think taking these first steps as well as building habits will go a long way!
2026 Goals Learning/Improvements - Add more personality to my art (dynamic posing, expressions, asymmetry, interactions with environment other characters) - Add more backgrounds to my art (create a sense of space, not full detail) Habits - Stream once a week - Start a physical sketchbook, create one pen/pencil doodle per week (not for social media) Milestones - 50 streams — 1 art stream per month — 3 solo streams per month —- Complete a Mario game (optional) —- Try an RPG (optional) - Open a SKEB-style commission on Gen by June - Create 3 InPrnt listings - Create 2 landscapes of media i enjoy - Create 4 short animations (about 30 seconds per project) - Create seasonal stickers (and send to friends)
