The question should be, "is it arbitrary to crack down on a purveyor of child pornography?".

More than anything, getting rid of the notion that such parking is free is a massive first step. It's never free, it's subsidised by all for the benefit of the few.

I wish the police would go after drivers who've modified their cars to backfire.
They should be easy targets for the police as they're invariably being used in an antisocial manner. I doubt the drivers have informed their insurers, invalidating their insurance so could be seized immediately.

ADHD is not a mental health issue but current NHS waiting times for diagnosis and support - 5 years in my area - puts those with ADHD at risk of developing mental health issues.

By their definition they would exclude many of the care workers who come to the UK and go on to be those skilled frontline NHS staff.
