Yes

Need to see him on the court to maximize his value.

Great question. This thing is taking a nose dive. They do not make trades during the regular season. Last one was in 2021.

San Antonio with the picks. Certainly did not have an AD level player that they wanted.

I do believe there is a pressing need in LAL for a center

If you are New Orleans, you would want expiring contracts and a first. Toronto has to watch out for finances in 2025-26

There is certainly some dialogue going on. If it was close, Fox would not have played last night.

Focus is likely going to be on the picks coming back if there is a deal.

I would say unlikely

Biggest concern was giving him a five-year $345M guaranteed contract. Look at Philadelphia and Embiid. That could be an albatross and hinder Philly.

I think there is always uncertainty when a player could be a free agent. Luka signing an extension is also a focus.
February 2, 2025 at 9:43 PM
It is a really good question and there are certainly concerns how he and Luka fit together, especially on D.

Zero. I was brushing my teeth and ready to get under the covers!
February 2, 2025 at 9:40 PM
It certainly could have been. However, the acquiring team would need to know if he is extending in the summer, same as with Fox.
February 2, 2025 at 9:39 PM
Would be really surprised re: players. Could look to continue consolidating picks.
