because humans like Luka have IMMENSE health issues. So they most likely aren't bred for biologically superiority (which would likely make all the characters look similar as a result). Maybe then it is purely based on appearance? or was Luka seen as a 'rescue' and the owner thinks he 'saved' him?

++ I looked it up for a bit, and if this is windows Ink, people have been having an issue running it with the newest windows update. So you'd have to rollback your systems to the previous windows version in order for that to work. (10/)

Depending on how new your pen is, you might have to look up the reddit/company forums for the 'specific pen + re-calibration'! or '___ tablet detection' issues. The best place to look is always with the people who have the exact same brand/type of tablet. They'll know all- (9/)
