I know they allowed appeals for the Spam tag. Fairly sure many of them were successful. I just checked the account that got tagged as Rude and they still have it. I know they appealed it, but they really did go out of their way to ragebait people.

I’ve seen it and the “Rude” marker too. I think Spam is from posting too much too fast, used to happen a lot when the platform was new, not so much anymore, though it stays until removed by admin.
The Rude marker has to be earned. I’ve only ever seen it on one account.
