I struggle with this too. I told my therapist that I was worried my issues were how I connected to the music I play. I promise you it’s not true. Art is complex, and doesn’t come from only one place inside you. People change, their art changes with them. But it’s not less, just different.

Our group’s next campaign is using Daggerheart, and in protest I am making my character a goblin who is the only survivor of their tribe because my ass was too big to be eaten by a giant frog like the rest. The world is not ready for Donk Dooblebutte
