Just learned that CenturyLink will be installing fiber on my street. Will I finally be able to get rid of Comcast? Stay tuned.

Debunking the myth that people who bike aren't paying their fair share.
People Who Bike Are Subsidizing, Not Shirking, Street Costs
The recently promoted misconception that cyclists don’t pay their fair share for street infrastructure is both false and misleading.

Haven't posted here in a while, but thought I'd drop this little gem from 15+ years ago. It's that time my sketch-comedy group met David Prowse (Darth Vader), Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett), and Kenny Baker (R2-D2).

Farewell indeed Monotype. You had a great font management program that I used for years, but you just couldn't resist the cash grab/subscription model, so you discontinued a great product. In so doing, you've lost a customer. #SayNoToSubscriptions

Time to take the Christmas tree down, and once again I return to my annual thought: I wonder how many ornaments get accidentally thrown out with the tree?

Wallace and Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl was a lot of fun! Highly recommended. Even a few cameos from other Aardman shows. And the voice actor replacing the late Peter Sallis was spot on.

Cunk on Earth was a brilliant show, and I was looking forward to the latest in the series, Cunk on Life. While there were definitely some laugh out loud moments, I found it lacking compared to the previous 5 episode series. It felt like the writers were trying too hard.

Finished the Acclamator, the newest model in the Lego Starship collection. Has some nice pieces, but overall not nearly as interesting as the previous releases.
